Refund Policy


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  1. The product received is defective or damaged.
  2. The product received does not match the description or specifications of the ordered item.
  3. The customer exercised the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, and the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refund Procedure

  1. Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact our customer service at info@uktitan.com, providing order details, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the product in case of damage or defect.

  2. Product Return: If the refund is approved, the customer must return the product at their own expense to the address provided by our team. Products must be returned in their original condition and include all accessories.

  3. Validation and Processing: Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm its eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.


Exceptions

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • The product is returned in poor condition, used, damaged by the customer, or incomplete.
  • The 14-day withdrawal period has expired without a refund request being made to our customer service.
  • Sale or promotional items may not be refundable, except in cases of verified defect or damage.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
